Swedish Forest Biomass Operations Tour

This event provided a practical, operational overview of the latest technical systems in biomass harvesting and use.  Our tour participants represented industry, academia, and the private sector.  Their varied backgrounds provided a rich environment for the sharing of ideas. 

We met in Stockholm, Sweden and visited various biomass field operations on our way to Jönköping, Sweden.  We then participated in the full three days of the Elmia World Bioenergy 2008 Conference.  This was followed by another day of field tours while we traveled to Copenhagen, Denmark.
